    These calls are hitting people left and right. I believe they are getting peoples numbers from some list. If anyone has any insight please explain

    WASHINGTON — Aggressive and threatening phone calls by criminals impersonating IRS agents remain a major threat to taxpayers, headlining the annual "Dirty Dozen" list of tax scams for the 2016 filing season, the Internal Revenue Service announced today.
    The IRS has seen a surge of these phone scams as scam artists threaten police arrest, deportation, license revocation and other things. The IRS reminds taxpayers to guard against all sorts of con games that arise during any filing season.

    This is a SCAM! Do not....i repeat DO NOT give them your information or any money. When they do d out o was an federal employee they started hanging up on me. If you even mention being an IRS employee they will hang up on you. Of which I'm am not. They use a variety of phone numbers to try to SCAM people. Please do not get taken by these slim balls.
