A partial message was left on my cell phone voicemail. When I returned the call, I inquired whom it was I calling. The person, of which spoke with a foreign accent of the middle east, replied it was Social Security, and asked my name. I replied "Mr. Cooper". I then said I will call them direct, and hung up the phone. Also, there was a lot of noise of others talking on phones in the background as if it was a telemarketing business.
